Annual Maintenance Contract
AMC Service Program: Option of 24x7 or Routine visit based AMCs where we employ our vibration instruments, software and experts in the field of condition-based maintenance to monitor, make the proper schedule, collect and analyze data, diagnose and advice the maintenance team for corrective action. We submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Remote Monitoring
Osborne Engineering has the capabilities and expertise to remotely monitor assets through Online Monitoring Systems. This can be through existing online systems installed or site or a new system can be installed by our team for the assets.
This makes it possible to analyse the condition, generate messages and alarms automatically to detect failures before catastrophic failure occurs.

Acceptance Testing
Osborne Engineering can assist in acceptance testing of new or recently overhauled machinery to ensure that the machinery meets operational criteria as well as pin-point any hidden faults in the machinery.

Welding Technology
It was reported that, there was archaeological evidence of early Egyptian welding dates back as far as 3000 - 4000 B.C. It was believed that Egyptian started with copper at the beginning. Over time, moved on to other metals like iron, bronze, gold and silver. Many more examples were discovered, especially during the Bronze Age at approximately 1000 B.C.
In 1800s, acetylene was discovered, and many arc welding related development taken places. Late 1880s and early 1900s were crucial milestone of welding development, and obviously, many technological breakthrough and improvement were done along the 1990s, contributing greatly to shipbuilding, oil and gas and power generation industry.

Hard Chrome Plating
WWG Engineering offer the hard chrome services, with facility and plating tanks capable of accepting components from small to large items.
Hard chrome plating is a very hard electroplating process in which chromium is deposited from a chromic acid solution. Thickness of hard chrome plating ranges 25 - 1,000 microns thickness for a wide range of applications. Electro-deposited Chrome is extremely hard, with typical values of 850 - 1050 HV (63 - 70 HRc), hence the term "Hard"

Metal Machining & Cylindrical Grinding
Machining Workshop at the WWG Engineering was set up with very specific objectives:
- to manufacture new components, to machine and grind new fabrication parts
- to perform pre-machining, undercutting prior to Surface Engineering works, in repair and new manufacturing
- final machine turning, facing and grinding finishing of Thermal Spray Coated, Cold Spray Coated or Welded surfaces

White Metal Bearings
In WWG Engineering, Babbitt White Metal deposition methods are :
Thermal(Metal) Spraying, Laser Cladding, TIG Cladding, Gravitational Casting, Vacuum Spin Casting.
In engineering applications, White Metal Bearings is primarily used to line cast iron, steel and bronze bearing shells. Usually, it is a tin based or lead based alloy containing moderate amounts of copper and antimony.

This allows us to quickly and safely flush the tank, remove flammable liquids and move the sludge to a pick-up point.
