Palm Kernel Shell (PKS)
The PKS are the fractions of shells derived from crushing the nuts inside the palm fruits. Crushing of palm nuts produce the palm kernel oil (PKO) while crushing of palm fruits creating crude palm oil (CPO). PKS contains much palm oil residue, thus having very high calorific content, and the shells are used as a good energy source for Bio Fuel Power Plants. Teaming up with some of the largest PKS collection and treatment companies in Malaysia and Indonesia, together, WWG has undergone some of the stringent site audit, products testing and analysis, to qualify for more demanding bio fuel power plants requirements. Logistic expertise is another key strength of the company.
