Perkins Pyropack 1104C-44TA 94.7kW (127bhp) Flame protected engines Built to the most demanding standards, the 1100 series engines meet all the requirements of both EC stage 2 and USA EPA Tier 2 off-highway emissions legislation for 2003 and bring significant improvements over the 1100 series highly successful predecessors without electronic controls. The Pyropack 1104C-44TA is a 4.4 litre unit delivering improved performance and reduced operating costs in an efficient package ideal for a range of petroleum/hazardous location applications.

  • Full ATEX Group 2 Category 3G T3 IIA compliant protection system
  • Options for hydraulic, pneumatic and electric safety shutdown systems
  • Fuel only shutdown on the event of high exhaust gas temperature, high coolant temperature & low oil pressure
  • Emergency shutdown (fuel and air) in the event ofengine overspeed
  • Supplied on steel sub base to be utilised or replacd
  • Brushed stainless steel display panel with gauges showing engine speed, coolant temperature, exhaust temperature, oil pressure and exhaust back pressure, plus a manual fuel stop lever, hydraulic butterfly valve lever (where applicable) and throttle control lever.
