In WWG Engineering Pte Ltd, Management is deploying highest attention and priority, investing heavily into QA/QC Department's development. In WWG's business philosophy, everything requires GOOD QUALITY. Hence, entire Big Production Department is Led by QA/QC Team.

Here, QA/QC is a very demanding big department, with 6 Engineers and Technicians. They are taking care of Incoming, In-progress, Final Inspections reports. In addition, making work observations, inspections, work surface profile, dimensional calibrations (including CMM), run-out checking, making drawings, MPI, DPI, PMI, Hardness, Coating Thickness, roughness, etc.

On-top of Working Team's Discipline, Training, Environment and Safety.... Quality Team is having lots of over-lapping into Engineering and R&D Department's engineering procedure, proposal, specifications, welding and coating laboratory testing, corrosion testing, material evaluations, process qualifications, and many.
